By using Pathfinder Run Club (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t use the app. The app is provided by TrailMix in Farmington, Missouri.
What the app is
A way for members of a running group to share their live position with each other during a run. It is not a safety device, an emergency service, or a substitute for looking after each other.
You run at your own risk
Running outdoors, in the dark, on roads and trails, carries risk. You are responsible for your own safety, pace, and decisions. Positions in the app can be seconds to minutes old, wrong, or missing: GPS drifts, phones die, and cellular coverage drops. Never rely on the app to find someone who may be in trouble; call them, or call for help.
Group codes
A group code lets anyone who has it join the group and see members’ names and positions. Share it only with people you want in your group. We may change or retire a code if it is being misused.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the app to track anyone who hasn’t chosen to join your group and start a run, don’t impersonate other members, and don’t try to break or overload the service.
Our service
The app and service are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or end the service, a group, or a run at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, TrailMix is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage connected to your use of the app.
Your data
How we handle your name and location is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
